Hello and welcome! Here you can find everything you need during our project from all your files to how to contact me. You'll have full access to this area throughout the whole project and for 6 months after completion. However all of your files will still live on in your project folder.

If you have any small questions or comments throughout the project, you can email me, or send me a text message at: (309) 533-3400. For anything larger it's best to call so we can go through it properly.

Availability

My working week is Monday through Saturday - I am available from 8am - 9pm.

If you call and I don't answer please leave me a message and I will get back with you as soon as possible.

Occasionally I take time off for holidays so if this is due to happen during our project I will let you know in good time. Other than that you can expect intermittent availability around all major holidays including Christmas, New Year, Easter and (ok, not a major holiday) my birthday - January 15th

I will be unavailable on Dec 23rd, Dec 24th and Dec 25th 2018 Merry Christmas!

Contract A basic contract explaining the work I will do and the costs associated with it. This will need to be approved by the final decision maker of this project.

Phase 3 Build Website

Finish Website Build Finish the development of website

Verify the final deliverable We go over the website and make sure everything is the way you want it.

Small adjustments I will make small adjustments to the website in this stage if needed.

Phase 4 Assets

Contract A copy of our agreement for your reference.

Invoice receipts Keep up to date with all payments made and download receipts.

Giving effective feedback A simple questionnaire to make sure everything has been completed to your satisfaction.
